Our History

Our 2008 Meeting

IMGP1614.JPG (3470385 bytes)Please reserve June 9th on your calendar for the all-day Nebraska SAS Users Group (NebSUG) meeting in the Kiewit Lodge at Mahoney State Park in Ashland, NE, halfway between Lincoln and Omaha on Interstate 80.

NEBSUG 2008 features a total of ten 50-minute presentations by SAS Institute and other experts on a wide range of topics addressing data management, reporting, analysis and presentation with the SAS System.

 

Our 2007 Meeting

Our third all-day meeting was held June 19, 2006, in the Kiewit Lodge at Mahoney State Park in Ashland.  NEBSUG 2007 featured a total of ten 50-minute presentations by SAS Institute and other experts on a wide range of topics addressing data management, reporting, analysis and presentation with the SAS System. 

 

Our 2006 Meeting

Our second all-day meeting was held Thursday, September 14, 2006 in Lincoln.  The meeting began with a keynote address by Lt. Governor Rick Sheehy on information technology initiatives in the Cornhusker State.  Then followed ten papers on two tracks with an "Ask the Experts" session as well.  For more information and download links for the presentations, click here.

 

Our Inaugural Meeting

Was held on November 15, 2005.  This all-day meeting was held at UNO's Scott Conference Center in Omaha.

 

Our Organizational Meeting

Was held on May 20, 2003.  For more information, click on the link above.
 

Chairperson Randy VanBeek, leads the discussion of the organization's Bylaws, to be approved the organizational meeting.
